COVID-19 Policy

The health and safety of our customers and employees is paramount and we want you to have complete confidence when travelling with us. In line with government regulations, we have introduced new measures and procedures, both on and off our vehicles, to make sure you feel safe and comfortable when travelling with West Coast Motors.

We kindly ask if anyone travelling on our coaches has a high temperature, a new continuous cough, a change or loss to your sense of smell or taste then please do not attend on the day.

We’re Good To Go

West Coast Motors is a certified ‘Good To Go’ business. This means that we adhere to public health & Government guidance and have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment to check we have the required processes and protocols in place.

‘Good To Go’ is a UK wide industry standard distributed by the tourist organisations of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Hand sanitiser

Hand Sanitiser will be available on every vehicle for both drivers and passengers. We ask that you use this when embarking and disembarking from the vehicle.

As per government guidelines, it is mandatory to wear a face covering when travelling on any of our coaches.

Cleaning

To help create a safe environment for everyone, we have enhanced our high standards of hygiene even further.  All of our vehicles will be thoroughly sanitised each day before leaving our depot and our drivers will sanitize all touch points inside the coach throughout the day.

Boarding

We will require customers to load rear seats first and when leaving the vehicle please do this in the reverse order to avoid walking past occupied seats.

We ask that you continue social distancing whilst travelling on our coach, be mindful of others and keep your distance at all times.

Only individuals in the same group should sit together.
